I am grateful to say that the kids had a much better experience with Santa this year than they did last year (in case you missed that wonderful picture, let's just say it involved a lot of screaming and half-chewed goldfish crackers coming out of their mouths!). In fact, Aiden ran up to the big guy in red this year! Each year our twins' club has a day where we have snacks with Santa. After some goodies and craft time, the jolly man arrives and calls each family forward for some lap time and gives each child a book. Annabelle got a Little Einstien book and Aiden got a Thomas book with magnetic trains (best gift ever!) Granted they didn't say anything while they sat on his lap, but at least they didn't scream!
